Darren,

Remember that the BS becomes the new CS.  My (BS) index for 2002 will be .015
harder than the new CS (Miata 1.8's), necessitating I beat them by over a
second on a 60s course to stay even on the index.  I think I'd have to be
exceptionally "freaky" to do that on any kind of a regular basis.:-)  As it
stands, I think the 2002 index (assuming it stays as is) has alot of big
problems, probably more than this year's PAX.  Doesn't really matter, as we
don't base anything on those factors except bragging rights.  On a national
level, ProSolo uses an index for the ladies class, but that index is Howard's
creation.

I did want to point out that Navid is making the right choice with his new car.
 By running it in SM instead of SS he gets a softer index!:-)
