After testing the CTO switches and finding one bad, I decided to replace
them both. I found them at NAPA. The 3216448 cross references to a ECHLIN
CRB21024 ($29.92). The original switch had a temp. rating of 155 Deg. the
Echlin switch has a range of 157-163 deg. The 3218940 cross references to a
ECHLIN CRB 21023 (($31.31). This one also has a higher range 125-131 vs.
98 for the old one. In this case the engine will have to be warmer before
the EGR kicks in. They also had the heater control valve BK6601023 (metal)
for $17.37.
