Could be:
1) fuel pump. I know you replaced it 3 years ago, but I've had problems with
them right out of the box. Take it out, inspect the points, check the
tensioning of the diaphragm and check the diode and/or capacitor (if
possible. There was a thread on this recently.
2) an obstruction in the fuel lines. Blow out the lines with air. Check for
even a small dent in the metal lines.
3) a sticking needle valve or valves. Inspect/replace if necessary. Consider
Grose Jets.
4) Remote possibility: an intake leak that only manifests istself when the
engine and manifold are hot.
