Yes, things were much more quiet Thursday in Seattle. Do you want to know why?
Because:
(a) Mayor Schell apologized for the actions of "a few" police (it was a hell of
a lot more than a few, I SAW IT).
(b) Orders went down from the top that told the police not to be
confrontational.

I went to the SAME location last night, camera in hand. There were many more
demonstrators than the night before. This is because many of the demonstrators
were frustrated neighbors who decided to come out to show the City that they did
not want a police state.

One major difference: Police were nowhere to be seen! And guess what? There
was NO TROUBLE!!! As with Wednesday's march, it was completely nonviolent and
peaceful. The difference was that the police showed up on Wednesday and
attacked
the protesters with CS, OC, rubber bullets, wooden bullets, bean bag shot gun
loads...

The City's excuse for the attack was that they had to "protect public safety."
But there were no police last night, MORE demonstrators, and NO TROUBLE. What
does that tell you?

Okay, back to Roadsters, sorry for the diversion...
