Stew

I couldn't get into the photo sight ... But I ship parts all the time , and
it is always my fault when something gets damaged in shipment , if the out
side box shows damage then it was miss handle by FedEx and they should
cover the loss , that is if you insured it for the amount that you had paid
Stan for the parts , As I know a lot of Canadians want a lower price shown
on the tag so they don't have to pay as much taxed and duties ...If this is
the case then you have screwed your self ...
Also something else you left out is whether your shipper or stan's shipper
was used in shipping the parts to you . Example if i ship a part to a
customer using my UPS account then I have to deal with ups on damaged parts
, but if the customer request me to use "his " shipper then it is the
customer responsibility to deal with "His" shipper if the package is damaged
... FedEx , UPS and the rest never pay for damage or lost packages , unless
you light a fire under them.. why should they are there to make money not
give it away .. So there answered to damage is always "It's the other guys
fault"

As for Stan I have known him for years and if he said they were in good
condition they were just that ,
Plus he would have never sent you damaged parts... From your post your
inferring that Stan some how is responsible to you for the loss that FedEx
did, IF you had thought that Stan was disonest then why did you buy
parts from him ? obviosly you thought he was an honest guy ... SO why now
do you Send this post out to the group, it seems that you just want to try
and get something out of stan that you should be getting out of fedEx ?? Or
is this the case ?? I know a lot of Canadians want a lower price shown on
the tag so they don't have to pay as much taxed and duties ...If this is
the case then you have screwed your self ...and now are trying to get stan
to cover your loss...
