The calibration curve that Kanto Seiki uses for the speedometer is 65 
RPM/MPH....
So.........with a 1600/4th gear scenario you should be at 3900 RPM at 60 MPH.

And if you had a big hill, a little fuel additive and tail wind you could Max 
out that 7000 RPM tach at 107.7 MPH. (Just don't forget the butterfly net to 
catch those pistons that are gonna be coming through the hood:-)
