Sorry, I wasn't clear.  Yes, eBay gets the $40, but wouldn't get the extra 
$40 successful auction close fee.  If they come to a deal outside of the 
auction, eBay doesn't get the extra $40.  $10,000 is still an awful lot for 
that car...
