I originally sent my reply to Scott when he asked about the last group purchase 
I made.  But since there appears to be more interest, I'll repeat it
for the list.

Quaife has changed their pricing scheme to bring the units much closer to what 
we paid through Kipping.  THe great thing about this is you can buy
directly from Quaife USA for $845 (Spitfire, GT6, TR250, TR7, TR8, TR4A, TR5 
and TR6) and shipping will be less.  You also get to complain directly to
them on warranty concerns whereas units bought from Kipping will have to be 
sent to the UK for warranty service.  And most importantly, you get to buy
them one-at-a-time.
