We put a Wisconsin label on it and served it Saturday night.

Bill (Damdinger)

PS...the Tillamook was very, very good, and received high praise from
Cheesemeister Don Brick. All the cheese served at our Wine & Cheese Attitude
Adjustment sessions was well received. Fridirici brought some excellent smoked
provolone. Brick brought aged swiss and some awesome bleu. I brought some
mild
brick. We went through twenty-eight bottles of wine (including six doubles).
All high end stuff with names like Fat Bastard, Joe Blow, and Cheesehead
Special (the wine for the rest of us). But as always, the creme DE la cream
was the
Italian reds from Wismer's basement. No Two Buck Charlie stuff there.
