I was offering it up as a fix, if all else fails.  And it's a lot less expen=
sive than some alternatives on a budget or if you want to race this weekend,=
 etc, and need a temporary fix.

when I've used it, I've seen a dramatic reduction in running temps that were=
 consistent.
