got rid of the vibrations by realingning the tires on the rims and rebalancing
on a computer balancer. works ok for now. brake drums had already been
balanced. steering problem is still there. measured both sides and have
exactly same distance front to rear wheels. checked underneath but cannot
understand how it can be misaligned since the springs have a bolt which
centers in a hole on the bottom u-bolt mounting plate. distance from front to
center exactly the same. no brake problems, new shocks, hubs and bearings,
everything is tight with no play. the steering gear does have a little bind
at exactly center travel like it says in the manual. what am i missing?
