Yes, I have used it on a BJ8 I took to Europe in 2000. (Now in Colorado
soemwhere). It was very expensive and since Europe was not really that hot, I
cannot say ot made a difference. Wife did not complanin about hot foot though.
Biggest problem is it will only stick to soemthing with Silicone, so you have
to glue it in with a silicone based product. That means I permanently stuck it
to the floor and sealed all joints. If it rained in, I took the carpets out but
could not take it out, but water did not affect it.
