First an MGA--sold it after college. Then a 66 XKE--sold it when
transferred to Holland. Went civilian and moved to Evansville In. Saw the
BJ8 in a lot with weeds and a small tree growing around and through it. A
knife cut slit was still in the top. Bought and restored it. That was 26
years ago. She is going strong and shares the stall with another 66 XKE
and a 68 Triumph Spitfire.

California on a tow dolly because the car didn't run. It sat in my dad's
garage for a couple of weeks when my sister offered it to me. Not knowing
anything about Healeys, but knowing it was a sports car, I bought it. One
of the best things I have done in my life.
