Two other items need to be fused. Horms and rear license plate light. 
Fuse sizes should be such that the wiring will not overheat and melt. 
Depends on wire gage and insulation type. My guess is to use 15 amp for 
items (1), (2), (3), (4) and horns. 10 amp for the rest.

Maybe someone on the list could verify?
