I measured the plate on the drivers side of my car.
Length over all (end to end) 23 1/2 inches
A pair of holes at each end:
1/2 inch from end, 1/4 inch in from the sides
Three holes centered down the mid-line of the plate:
5 7/8, 11 7/8, and 17 7/8 from the rear end of the plate.
