Well looking at Moss (just because I had the catalog handy) I find major
suspension kits run $140 US. a side, rebuilt swivel aassemblies runs
$370 for both sides or apx $90 for sandblasting magnafluxing and
painting. They bushed and reamed to size and are assembeled with the
correct shims. This looks like a reasonable deal to me. The rebushing
of the swivel axels is not difficult but it requires either a kingpin
reamer ($210) , or a machine shop with proper tools.

When I did my suspension moss, vic brit etc did not offer the rebushed
option. Getting my kingpins done locally was going to cost $45 cdn
each. but I was able to get a set of rebushed swivel axles for $50 cdn each.
(or about $70 US for the pair).

So if you can get the complete kit for $300 I would say you are doing
good. Of course shop around you might find it cheaper. Also compare
what they include are you just getting a kingpin kit (Moss $89) I
personally see no use getting just this, as you require all the other
componts anyway.

Good luck on the rebuild!

Gary
