Will,

Don't feel too bad. Consider what the insurance rates are on
an RX-7. Then there's the cost of repairs one can't do themselves.
But they are fun to drive. (I'ld probably still own my '81 if a
DRUNK driver hadn't run a stop sign and wrap me around a tree.)

Try mass transit or do what I, and several other posters suggested, do:
get a second, inexpensive, not-worth-worrying-about car. My '85 Celica
runs great but folks are afraid to park next to me (they're concerned the
fenders may fall off and scratch their paint).

Ride shotgun with that little old lady or the old guy wearing a hat,
that will alter your thinking.

 >Seriously: What does a car guy do when its no fun to drive !!??

P.S. Wes, keep your Demi Moore videos. My girlfriend, on a bad day, puts
Demi to shame (hi dear, I love you, too!!!). Besides, ones fantasies
are just that. Have a good time. ;)
