I also deal with NW Auto Imports. 

I bought a rear wheel cylinder for my MGB-GT. When I was putting the
retaining ring on the cylinder, it broke. I called Steve there, on the
weekend, left a message on his machine describing the problem and received
a replacement retainer in the mail-no charge in three days!

I'm a loyal customer.
