Hmmmmmmmmm........sort of a bleak picture, or is it? I have 6 cars. A TC,
XK120, Twin Cam, Deluxe, S1 DHC, and a 356, so I guess you can say I like
cars. My 14 year old son is coveting the Deluxe and I bring him to some
events. Sort of doing my part to keep up the hobby.
However......the electric cars with motors on each wheel...........lets see,
if I rewind the armature with thinner guage wire, maybe drop the voltage down
a little (run a 6volt motor on 12 volts current) and watch that sucker
go.........not the same perhaps but certainly not the bleak picture that some
would paint.......just a little different, that's all. Sort of like prop
planes and jets.
YOU can do your part by making sure you and your friends do not vote for Gore
in 2000. Have you worked for any candatate? Written letters to your senators?
Made calls? emailed them? etc
