Just to weigh in with my two cents.  I'm no expert in braking systems,
but Castrol GT LMA fluid has always worked wonderfully in my LBCs over
the years.  It's DOT 3 and DOT 4 compatible, so you should have no
problems.  I've heard similar reports from listmembers here and on other
car/motorcycle lists. YMMV.
