Sound suspiciously like a factory-fitted unit from an early '70's
Chevrolet Monte Carlo.  I'd guess about a '72 or '73.

Wouldn't be the first time this week I was wrong, though.  Heck, it
probably won't be the first time today I'm wrong (and it's only 6:28 AM)!
