... and don't be put off by the 'have to be pressed in' comment.  This is
easily done with a little washing-up liquid, a couple of sockets and a vice
after making sure the inside of the A-arm holes are clean and free from
nibs.

You can check the existing swivels by levering one moving part against
another and looking for play.  No play no change.  Standard rubber bushes
deteroriate with age, properly lubricated swivels shouldn't.  If you *have*
to change them then swapping the whole thing is the easiest, and not too
expensive on an exchange basis.
