That is low, if the reading is accurate (not a given), but not so
significantly low to worry about as an emergency situation. You didn't say
how many miles are on the car now. If it's up around 80-90K, it's not
surprising you have some bearing wear. You can certainly keep driving it,
but obviously there will come a day when it will need to be rebuilt.
