First I'd get rid od the old base. As someone else mentioned just drag it 
outside and cut it up for other projects. I would consider using 2 engine 
hoists for picking the thing up and setting it on it's new base. According 
to my calculations it weighs 1836 lbs. minus any holes.
Second  I'm jealous. Been looking for such an item for years and have never 
been able to find one.
