The first thing we changed when rebuilding the motor
was to the 76 flat top pistons instead of the dished
out ones. Then a little off head to true it up, stock
valves and single springs. We wanted to try the dual
springs on valves that use to be stock, but no
necessary parts available anymore. The roller stuff is
too expensive for us at this time. We really would
like to someday put a cam in that actually has
bearings and not the stock one that only uses the
block as bearings. Must be a lot of power loss there.

      Thanks,
      Don & Henry
