I don't know the answer to your question (sorry), but I am curious - why
would you want to lower the compression ratio?  Unless you've somehow
acquired a head that's been milled to b*****y and has such a high CR that it
won't run on anything other than unobtainable stupid-octane petrol?  Or
you've accidentally gone and overdone it on milling your existing head?

Knowing a little about the metal gaskets used on modern engines, I wouldn't
advise using two, since they have clever features that compress when they
are fitted, and I don't know how well they'd react to stacking.  With the
old fibre gaskets our engines use, I've no idea whether this would work or
not!
