Carpets:
I've not used a molded carpet in a Spitfire before, but if I had the
money, I would do it.  I've gotten several of the piece together sets
over the years, and I can't say I like a single one of them.  Even if it
is well made, it's a lousy job trying to get all those little carpet
pieces to stick to the car.
 
Headlights:
The Spitfire uses a standard 7" socket.  You can put any halogen or
high performance lamp you wish in there.  You can even buy the E spec H4
units and mount them.  JC Whitney has the cheapest ones of those I know
of, it's the no name unit, and it actually works very well.  All are far
cheaper then Victoria British.
 
Exhaust:
Man, we've been beating the Monza horse to death over the years.  My
experience with them is they sound like an asthmatic weed wacker, rust
apart in the shipping box, and have lousy flow.  Some think that's neat,
I don't.
