Unless you are going for a Concour car you can get the seal from J. C.
Whitney.  The original seals are rubber with a windlace simular to what goes
around the window opening of the hard top.  In Whitney's catalog look under
windlace or weatherstrip.  They have a cloth covered windlace and weather
strip in eight colors.  If you want concour then the top is Ivory White and
the windlace is a simular color.  There is a fellow in Oregon that is having
the original window seals and windlace replicated and we will put you in
contact with him if this is what you are looking for.
