Biff First off You should have rubber mats not carpet. (ask George to give you the mats) But the top frame storage pods do go OVER the mats/carpet. If this is for your Bugeye, use a couple of self drilling screws (3 each) but check the frame clearance to rear deck before permanantly mouting them. Don't do what I did! Opps!
