Ah! Yes! Smog tests, emission standards, inspection rules....... Remind me again why I should leave the western High Plains for the blue coasts.... Out here in the hinter lands, we shoot legislators that cook up crap like that.... And BTW, the murder rate per capita is, and always has been, about 80% lower here than in the left and right coast megaopolii. Cheers!!
