Windsor,

The Torker is a HIGH rise manifold.  The Carter is about the same as the
Holley.  Don't believe it will clear, but you can always test it, if installed,
with a wad of aluminum foil on top of the carb.  It will tell you the available
space.  Be sure to remember that the hood slopes down, and you are measuring
the middle of where the air cleaner goes.  The length of the air cleaner, and
any slope to it, must also fit the hood drop rate.
