A rose by any other name; but is it the right name? There is a nifty
Website called LibrarySpot that's handy for looking up all sorts of
esoteric information like this. Their URL is:

The first category under "Reference Desk" is "Acronyms". Using this
reference and typing in the acronym "PCV" yields the following results:
Packed Cell Volume
Passenger Carrying Vehicle
Peace Corps Volunteer
Pollution Control Valve
Positive Crankcase Ventilation
Product Control Valve
This was the result of a search of more than 84,000 acronyms. Sorry, but
Pollution Control Valve must have just missed the cut. ;-)
