Michael,
    As an AMSOIL user and dealer, I would highly recommend AMSOIL products. 
But the thing you need to be aware of is that it is not generally available. 
You need to find a dealer or order it directly.  Sort of like Snap-On Tools, 
the best but not as easy to get as Craftsman. 
    Real difficult to get your oil changed on a cross-country trip. Keep in 
mind that AMSOIL has the best greases and other lubricants in addition to 
engine oil. It's worth the effort, but you need to plan ahead.
