Frank, I did not base my comments on that one web article, if you will 
reread my comments.  H pipes have been around for  a long time and have 
proven benefits.  The article Theo sent was a same same comparison of H 
vs X, on the same  car, and as I said, I was surprised at the H having a 
better performance.

I also said that exhaust systems are part science and part art.  They 
also depend on a particular set up, and will develop more or less 
depending on the particulars of that car.

I also said I looked at the X pipe, but neither I or my muffler guy 
could figure out how to put it in a Tiger, without a lot of work and 
$$$$$$.  The benefits of a crossover pipe, either the H or X is real, 
but less than 10% at best, so for the cost/benifit ratio, I went for the 
H pipe.

It worked for me in my engine combo.

I also made a cold air box for my car, with a second hood with a reverse 
air scoop.  It also works.
