I'll be d****d.  I didn't know there was a throttle stop under the gas 
pedal until I read your e-mail.  I went looking for it in the manual, 
and there it is, on page 19, figure 17,  section C.
I don't seem to have one, so I'm assuming it was removed by the DPO.  
Now that I know what it's supposed to look like, I'll have to fab one up.
