Probably easiest is to contact either:

John Kipping Triumph Spares
Parrots Grove
421 Aldermans Green Road
Coventry CV2 1NP
(UK+44) 1203 645333
(UK+44) 1203 645030 - fax

or

Rimmer Brothers
 Export Sales
  (UK+44) 1522 526 200 - Sales
  (UK+44) 1522 567 432 - Customer Service
  (UK+44) 1522 567 600 - fax
http://www.rimmberbros.co.uk/

BTW, the standard hub cap (or "nave plate") for the Spitfire is the same
as that for the Herald. If you can get to an automotive flea market,
swap meet, autojumble, etc. they might be readily available used. Or
perhaps someone here on the list can help.

See above.

Could be. How many months of the year do you expect to be able to use
the Spitfire?

Enjoy the car!
