Jim,
I submitted an entry into that survey and as I recall, there were no
questions about whether or how much you dislike the dealer.  Rather, the
only thing asked about the dealer is whether or not one would buy
another car from him.  I doubt many of us actually bought out Triumphs
from a dealer and in answering the "would you buy another car from him?"
question can only be answered no. 

That probably explains the low opinion that is derived in the survey of
Triumph dealers.   They probably could have done a better job of
preparing the questionnaire so they could handle cars that are no longer
produced.
