Ken ,what you have is what I found out the hard way 25 years ago. After
having my Gt6 painted I replaced the upper radiator hose and yes there is 0
clearance on the bonnet. Gt's and Spitfire owners beware keep those hose
clamps turned down!!!!!
Also, a friend has a great looking Ace Cobra replicar that has fresh
air induction tubes that run up inside the front fenders to the passenger
compartment. I looked and looked but could find a place to a run simple 2"
tube anywhere on mine. Sure would have been nice.
