If that is the only way to remove the choke knob from the dash, how am I
going to be able to replace my loose choke knob (76 TR6) with the new
one I bought?  I added it to an order I put in a few months ago and
threw it in my parts box.  I haven't taken the time to figure out how it
goes on since my old one hasn't fallen off yet.  Any advice?
