It could be "original" ( as from when it was first driven), as opposed to
"since we installed the naugahyde interior" kinda miles!

P.S. Am I alone in feeling that spending $11,000 for a car that you've never
driven, crawled under, etc. is kinda "out there"? I won't even buy a guitar
