Fred, I hate to disagree with you, but I can find no such references in my
Hagerty policy.  I insure my TR3A for $86.00 a year with no mileage
limitation and no restrictions on use.  The only restriction is that I must
own another vehicle, insured separately, as my primary means of
transportation.  The ploicy is actually written with CNA, through the
Hagerty agency.
