Hi Jonathan,

I just went through this last month.

See http://www.ohms.com/spitfire/brakes.shtml for complete details.  If you
can't budge it with compressed air, pumping grease into the caliper will do
the trick -- but will require cleanup afterwards.  That's the route I had to
take -- and it worked great.
