Frank,
Don't feel bad, this happens to all our tops and tonneaus. Just
use a good strong 1500W hair dryer. Don't get too close... but
don't forget how hot these things get baking in the sun... so
you cam warm them up quite a bit. Just keep stretching and
warming and it will come around.
