That is a matter of opinion. And Yes Joe went through a lot of work to
get the information out to TRA memebers. I just figure it is good form
to ask the publisher and/or author before going out and making copies of
their work.
If TRA has back issues for sale I would not want to undermine the
organization by sending out photocopies. TRA as an organization has
worked to get hard to find information out into the hands of people who
own and drive TRs. I respect the work they have done too much to just go
around them.
