If it was me, I'd remove the head and perform the checks suggested in
Randall's response.
When things like this happen, I sometimes get a sick feeling in my
stomach, followed by disappointment and frustration. If you feel this
way at all, just remember (again) that whatever it is will get fixed.
And after it's fixed, you'll be the resident expert for everyone on the
list.
