I couldn't find a rating in a little quick web surfing, but my guess would
be around 10-15 amps per seat.  Add in the heater fan and the headlights, I
think you'll definitely want an alternator upgrade to go with the seats.

I'd be dubious about running that much current through the seat belt
interlock wires...
