Graham,

In fairness to my terrific wife, in my case #2 was the charm; she would
love to have a TR3 to compliment her Z3. The Z3 is her first "sports
car" and will be left to our son, she will never sell it. After winning
a short term lease for the Z3, she told me we would keep it for the year
and then she would go back to driving her Toyota pickup. Ten miles into
the drive home from the dealer, she told me we were selling the pickup
and buying the Z3. Another convert to fun to drive cars.

The problem is that we live on a lot behind two other houses and we have
extremely limited space for parking with no option to expand. She is
open to a TR3, but not until I find a parking/storage solution. She is
also very willing to be the second pair of hands when needed and is
learning the details of our wonderful LBC's. She is not a "won't", just
practical and after 20 years, on to my comment of "don't worry, it'll
fit.

Larry

Hi Larry
It sounds more like where there is a wife there's a won't to me!!
Good luck with getting a 3, can't you convince Mrs H she would love to
drive
a TR3 instead of a Z3! Or maybe just swap it one night and tell her the
BMW
grew up!!

Graham, damn glad my missus likes her old Triumphs!
