Re: personalized plates

Both my Triumphs have personalized plates.  I am totally certain that 
they are mine, that no one else has them.  Admittedly they contain 
somewhat random strings of numbers and letters chosen by someone at 
the Registry, but that doesn't depersonalize them, now, does it?  I 
even have a little piece of paper for each in my wallet that tells me 
what those strings are, in case I forget them.
