Let me get this straight.  You can remove 15 bolts and swivel the front apron 
and work around it running the risk of scratching the paint and denting the 
sheetmetal of you can remove the last two bolts, set the apron safely aside and 
have easier access to all the radiator attachments.  (Bear in mind that you 
at least have to loosen the last two bolts in the first scenario.)  

The choice is yours.
