There are two wires from each horn on a TR3A, the brown/black wire is quite
short and joins the harness just behind the horns.  On the steering side,
this is also where the NB wire from the control head joins the harness (so
it's in the same general area as the other connections from the control
head).  The harness wire just runs to the other horn.  The control head
grounds the NB wire to sound the horns.

The other brown/green wire makes a continuous run from each horn, through
the harness, to the fuse block.  This wire is hot all the time.

No connections are hidden under the apron.
